Joining Viktor Röthlin on the road to London

The Swiss Olympic Dreams series starts with one of Switzerland’s best known runners, Viktor Röthlin. He is the reigning European marathon champion, taking that title after a near-fatal illness. He was hit with a blood clot, thrombosis, that nearly cost him more than just his running career. WRS’s Alex Helmick caught up with him during a training session in Bern:

Wednesday marks 100 days until the London 2012 Olympics. Swiss officials will announce the team in stages with some in May and others in June.
