Swiss hotels struggle with online booking systems
Hoteliers from across the country gathered at Hotel 3.0 on Monday to find a solution to dipping tourism and the strong Swiss franc. The conference got participants thinking about bringing their business into the future by investing in new technologies or booking systems. However these can be expensive, time-consuming and difficult. WRS’s Jo Fahy explains:
