Some see progress, others vague promises as Rio+20 summit ends
On the closing day of Rio+20, the talk is of what happens now. Countries have agreed to work towards setting up new sustainable development goals but there’s nothing concrete so what sort of action will come out of the text. In his final report from Rio, WRS’s Vincent Landon explains why some see progress where others see vague promises:
