Should everyone have to pay a license fee for radio, tv?

If you own a tv or radio in Switzerland you have to pay a licence fee known commonly as the Billag. New proposals could mean that everybody in the country would pay. The Federal Council’s argument is that you can listen to the radio or watch tv on the internet and most homes have a connection. Businesses would also be asked to contribute. The idea has received a mixed reception from politicians. WRS’s Dave Goodman spoke to two of them—both former journalists with the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation. Liberal MP Filippo Leutenegger opposes the plans whilst Matthias Aebischer—a Social Democrat, is in favour. He  began by asking Aebischer to explain the details:
