Can Switzerland's drug problem be solved?

WRS’s Lucas Chambers has been reporting from the streets of Lausanne about the city’s continued problems with the drugs. Come on. Let’s treat this problem like it’s a disease, which it is. Focus on the health and care for the addict, including prescribing the drugs themselves (in a process to end the addiction).

What dealer will want to work in an environment where their customers can get their product on their health insurance. No dealers, no problem.
