PlanetSolar ship returns after two-year around the world voyage
The world’s biggest solar-powered ship sailed back into port after going 60,000 kilometers around the globe, and is now docked in Monaco. The ship was conceived and designed mostly by the Planet Solar team based in Yverdon in the canton of Vaud. WRS’s Alex Helmick speaks to reporter Lucas Chambers in Monaco just as the ship is pulling in:
