PlanetSolar winds up world tour in Monaco
The sun is rising today on another big tribute to its own power—a ship fully powered by solar panels and conceived by a Swiss engineer. It is pulling into port later on this afternoon, in Monaco, after sailing right around the world. It’s a world first and a world record for the Planet Solar team, based in Yverdon in the canton of Vaud. Rachel Bros de Puechredon talks to WRS’s Lucas Chambers on the docks of the Port Hercule in Monaco:
