New rules on e-bikes come into force

Do you own an electric bike? If you do you’ll be one of an increasing number here in Switzerland. Sales rose 22 percent last year.  With more and more people using them the Federal Council decided it was time to review the rules. They come into force tomorrow. To find out more about these changes and what’s driving the boom of electric bikes in the country, WRS’s Dave Goodman talks to Pete Mijnssen, editor-in-chief of Velojournal and member of the board of Pro Velo:
