Neuchatel festival shows fresh independent fantasy films
More sweat, more blood and screams and maybe a few laughs here and there are expected at this year’s Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival (NIFFF), which kicks off Friday, July 6. This cult festival offers a worldwide panorama of the fantastic film genres including this year, horror movies such as Maniac. There will be some 89 feature films screened at this 12th edition of the festival. WRS’s Marc Menichini speaks to Anaïs Emery, artistic director of NIFFF, and asks her what is not to be missed in the festival’s international competition:
