Kids, please express yourselves inside the party zone

Zurich officials want to curb illegal parties thrown by all those pesky kids, so they’ve launched a pilot project allowing for legal parties. But do all the rules that accompany these legal parties—and there are a lot them—make them uncool and thus unattractive to those rowdy youngsters?
