Is Switzerland a legal vacuum for private military companies?
It all depends on what you call a private military company or a private army, according to Alexandre Vautravers, director of the Department of International Relations at Webster University. It is that distinction that allows security firms like the British company, Aegis, in Basel, a little leeway. WRS’s Alex Helmick talks to Alexandre Vautravers.
