ICRC head leaves legacy of gaining access to those in need
It’s all change at the International Committee of the Red Cross on Sunday. Jakob Kellenberger will step down after 12 years as president. He’ll be succeeded by Swiss diplomat Peter Maurer. So what shaped the last president’s time in office and how will he be remembered?
