It’s not ’technically legal’ it is legal. Every tape, CD, DVD, Hard Drive, iPod, iPad, iPhone etc. sold in Switzerland has a tax added to compensate copyright holders for the copying of their intellectual property. I’m not going to feel guilty about acquiring something that I have already paid for.
If they want to do away with the tax, fine. But until then stop seeking the best of both worlds.
