How cows in heat are texting
The world sends around 5 billion text messages a day. Most of them are from humans but now even cows have got in on the act. Researchers in Bern are making headlines around the world after they invented a system to help farmers know when cows are in heat by receiving a text message. Some publications made light of the invention dubbing it “cow sexting,” but WRS’s Tony Ganzer caught up with one of the researchers who says knowing the intimate details of a cow is big business:
