Hopes 'dashed' for arms treaty after U.S., Russia delay action
Talks at the UN in New York for an Arms Trade Treaty have come to an end with no treaty signed. It was the first time the international community tried regulating conventional arms sales around the world. So have cynical, financial interests trumped humanitarian concerns?
