Grinning Biden seeks to halt Romney surge in VP debate
It was the turn of the American vice presidential candidates to slug it out over policy and posturing last night in Danville, Kentucky. Incumbent Democrat Joe Biden took on Republican Mitt Romney’s running mate, Paul Ryan. So who came out on top, what was discussed and will the debate be a game changer in the campaign for the White House? WRS’s Dave Goodman been speaking to to Washington correspondent Simon Marks and began by asking him what was at stake going into the debate:
