Graubünden town's debate over bells signals bigger problem
The centuries-old village of Zuoz—located in the heart of Romansh-speaking Graubünden—has had its fair share of debate over early morning church bells. The debate could underline a bigger problem Zuoz is facing. WRS’s Tony Ganzer reports:
