Government puts pen to paper on second homes initiative
When voters approved the Franz Weber initiative to limit second homes earlier this year, they raised more questions than answers. The initiative says no more holiday homes in towns where secondary residences are 20 percent of the housing stock. Today the Federal Council unveiled the ordinance that is supposed to answer some of those questions. WRS’s Alex Helmick is joined by political correspondent Jordan Davis:
