Looking at a -20 Celcius winter
With the first frost having claimed some tomatoes and grapes, the WRS team, checking forecasts more diligently, noticed a story from some weather outlets that this winter could be bitterly cold. German forecaster Wetter.net claims that trends suggest a Siberian chill could drop temperatures to minus 20 degrees Celsius in February 2013.
