Geneva-born F1 driver prefers French flag on podium
At the last Formula One race in Canada, Swiss team Sauber driver Sergio Perez takes to the podium again with a third place finish at the last Formula One race in Canada. Meanwhile, Renault driver Romain Grosjean, who was born in Geneva and whose parents are Swiss, also scored a podium with a second place finish, but it was a tri-colored French flag that rose up behind him. WRS’s Alex Helmick asks Swiss-German television SF’s Formula One commentator Michael Stauble if Grosjean is considered Swiss or French as they preview the race this weekend in Valencia:
