FIFA document names Havalange, Teixeira in connection with bribes
The scandal was set to be buried, but the Federal Supreme Court ordered the release of a document that details a deal in which FIFA officials repaid more than 6 million dollars on condition their identities would not be revealed. This has to do with kickbacks that were received in connection to dealings with the ISL marketing agency surrounding the World Cup.
