Federal law has 'a lot of gaps' as smoking ban turns 2
Switzerland’s national smoking ban in public places is two years old today. Smoking is still not quite completely forbidden though and some cantons have slightly different rules on where you can and can’t smoke. WRS’s Jo Fahy reports:
