easyJet promises a smoother ride
Chronic delays, poor communication with passengers, cancellations—2010 seemed like a bad year for easyJet, at least on the surface. But beyond the scratched image, the company did rather well last year. easyJet held a press conference at Geneva International Airport yesterday to give out figures and talk about its new focus.
