Do restaurant guides really matter?
The Gault Millau Guide is the Bible of Swiss food lovers and its 2013 edition came out this week. In it you can find the where the finest chefs and the best restaurants to dine in are. But in the age when everyone can be a critic and post their restaurant reviews online—how necessary is it today? Knut Schwander is one of the critics who contributes to the guide and he told WRS’s Dave Goodman more about how he ranks the restaurants:
