Court blocks Credit Suisse from sharing American client data
The Federal Administrative Court in Switzerland says bank giant Credit Suisse can’t disclose client details to American tax officials because their request last year was too vague. It is part of a wider investigation by the U.S. into whether 11 Swiss banks have been aiding wealthy Americans to dodge taxes.
