Haiti still in a state of catastrophe
Swiss aid organisations have painted a bleak picture of reconstruction efforts in Haiti following last January’s devastating earthquake. They say conditions remain catastrophic and that relief efforts have been paralysed by a lack of leadership from the Haitian government and the international community. They voiced their concerns at a press conference in Bern on Thursday. WRS’s Vincent Landon was there:
