Michele Mischler

Michele Mischler was born and raised in Bern until age 15 when her family moved to Montreal. She studied political science but in her early 20s moved to New York City where she eventually landed a gig writing for fashion magazines–a job which sparked her love affair with journalism. Fashion was fun but a little frivolous for her tastes, so she returned to Canada and completed her grad degree in journalism. She produced several documentaries and worked at the CBC before taking a reporting job in Halifax with Global Television. Now she’s thrilled to be back in her home country where she’ll finally be able to put her language skills in French, German and Swiss German to good use. Michele produces and hosts Your Space and Health Matters.
