After moving from the very furthest outskirts of London to Zurich, Jo Fahy now fills the National’s co-presenter’s seat every morning. Jo started off in radio presenting for different commercial, community and local stations in London and Hertfordshire.
 
She produced and presented specialist music shows and programmes focusing on issues refugees and immigrants face. She was part of a dedicated team who worked to bring a new community radio station to her hometown.
 
After studying the fine art of TV, radio and online journalism at London’s City University, she worked in production for BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio 5 Live, Radio 4’s ’Feedback’ programme, BBC London and the nationwide commercial One Network. As a broadcast journalist, she worked for independent and commercial stations across the capital and the South East before coming to Zurich to join World Radio Switzerland.
