François E. Clerc is the founder of AdValorem Partners (www.advalorempartners.com), an international management consultancy and leadership advisory firm. François adds value at the “people” level whenever people are a strategic part of an enterprise’s goodwill. He supports executives with their business, organizational and career challenges.

With 25 years of international business experience in Switzerland, Europe and Asia, he is experienced in aligning strategy, governance, organization and communication – with and for people. A former senior partner at the world’s largest privately owned executive search firm, he executed 300 international recruitment missions in all functions and all sectors. He has unusual access to talented people thanks to the 3,000 people he interviewed personally over the last decade.

François worked in Switzerland and in Europe for HP, DEC and Compaq, as well as KPMG. In Hong Kong, he served as a managing director of a Swiss-listed company distributing luxury goods in the Asia Pacific region. A graduate of the University of Geneva, he speaks French and English, as well as German.
